Rabbi and Sons Face Molestation Charges

A Brooklyn rabbi and his three sons are facing multiple charges of sexual abuse for allegedly molesting the family’s four daughters, the youngest of which is eight years old, according to a Reuters report. Rabbi Gershon Kranczer, 58, a former Yeshiva school principal, fled to Israel with one son, aged 21. Yechezkel Kranczer, 24, and his 15-year-old brother (who’s name has not been released since he is a minor), were arrested Friday.

NYPD Narc Faces Charges

A Queens Narcotics officer is being charged for allegedly framing at least seven people for drug buys that never took place, according to a New York Post report. Detective Adolph Osback, 38, formerly of Brooklyn South Narcotics, also faces charges in Kings County.

Man Tells Brooklyn Court: Stalking Charges Are a Misunderstanding

Charles Nagel told a Brooklyn federal court on Thursday that the stalking charges that were filed against him by “Law and Order” star Kathryn Erbe should be dropped because it is all just a misunderstanding, reports the New York Post. Nagel says he thought he had become Erbe’s Internet buddy after exchanging messages on MySpace, but the site messages were actually being posted by a teenager who was pretending to be the actress.
