WILLIAMSBURG As part of its Holiday pop-up, the?Brooklyn Holiday Bazaar, Artists and Fleas has planned a Foodie-themed weekend curated by The Shiny Squirrel. You can expect familiar artisan foodmakers like Anarchy in a Jar and P&H Sodas along with special appearances by Cathy Erway, who’ll be doing a book signing of The Art of Eating In between 1 and 2:30 pm on Saturday, and during the same time on Sunday, Lukas Volger, author of Veggie Burgers Every Which Way will be giving a demo,?and Leda Meredith will read from her book The Locavore’s Handbook.
