GREENPOINT To pave the way for their upcoming move to Greenpoint, local designers Ruffeo Hearts Lil’ Snotty (RHLS) has partnered with designer Arthur Arbit, founder of Williamsburg Fashion Weekend to open a new pop-up shop called MOVES at 214 Franklin St. (near Green St.) through Dec. 19. You can stop in noon-8 Thursdays-Sundays to check out 23 established and emerging indie fashion designers like La China Loca and Tara St. James’s intern-led line, Study Hall, or come for their special events throughout their stay. At this Sunday’s “Cheap Cuts, Cheap Talk” brunch, a Parisian coiffure will be cutting hair for $5-$20, free mimosas will be poured from 2-3 and waffles served 2-5 to the sound of DJs the Krateful Dead and Madame Arthur (aka Arthur Arbit).
